MISSION
Our mission is to support individuals, organizations, and public and private sectors in developing and reaching to and with the Latinx, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities by providing high-quality, culturally-sensitive communications strategy, inclusive language and translations, and sensitivity and leadership workshops and education through an intersectional and inclusive lens specializing in gender and race issues.
We provide the following services:
communications (strategy, translations, copywriting, copyediting, press materials, storytelling)
strategy (public relations consulting, digital marketing, social media), and;
education (leadership training, LGBTQ sensitivity training, community engagement, speaking engagements, consulting, and personal and group coaching).

To support advancing the development, empowerment, wellbeing, and justice for Latinx, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities. We ultimately believe in a society free from discrimination, inequality, and injustice and full of equity, solidarity, and freedom.

Social Impact and Equity- We would work with clients, individuals, and organizations that are committed and/or driven by social impact values helping advance racial, gender, and economic justice, social equity, and environmental sustainability. Our work will support developing tools strategies, and communications that help make a greater difference in these communities and help make a positive impact and change in the world.

Key facts about Latinx communities
Latinos comprise almost 1 out 5 people in the United States and are responsible for 78% of the U.S. labor force growth since the Great Recession.
The Latino GDP in the United States was $2.6 trillion in 2018, up from $1.7 trillion in 2010. The economic contribution of Latinos grew 72% faster than non-Latino GDP from 2010-2018.
The number of educated Latinos rose by 63.1% during 2010-2018, while for non-Latinos, it rose by only 23.9%.
Latino households grew 23.2% from 2010-2018, while non-Latino families only grew by 3.8%.
Key facts about the Latinx community
As Hispanics become the second largest ethnic group in the US with +62 million people (20% of US population) and the fastest growing minority, there is more demand to better communicate with and to Latino communitie(s), both in Spanish and English.
Hispanics have played a major role in driving U.S. population growth over the past decade. The U.S. population grew by 22.7 million from 2010 to 2020, and Hispanics accounted for 51% of this increase, a greater share than any other racial or ethnic group.
41 million of Latinos are native Spanish Speakers. While 72% of all Latinos speak English, still 7 out of 10 speak Spanish at home, and 94% of Latino immigrants.
Communicating with and to the Latino community involves multiple levels of challenges including the fact that the Spanish language includes a variety of over 20 different countries or ethnic origins, each with its own dialect and culture.
